by sushiboyz on Feb.10, 2010, under Social Networking
All media including TV, newspaper and other traditional media channels go online. Improvement in computing and the increasing speed of Internet creates the increasing of Web popularity. The free information on Web also contributes the increasing number of users on use of Internet.
Blogging is one of the factor amongst others which affects the popularity of using Internet.
Do newspapers survive in the near future competing the free information on Web? I am sure they will survive though it may not be dominated as a century ago.
A blog is an online journal and it started in the mid-1990s.
Facebook had more than 41 million bloggers and MySpace had 75 million.
Now the professionalization of blogging has attracted advertisers who pay a price to have their banner ad on the blog. Most bloggers accept ad on their blogs and earn $6000 in average annually.
You can earn extra money by providing general information and commentary about the state of your industry or profession.
Your business in blogging might have audiences like suppliers, vendors, colleagues and customers. Most blogging platforms allow you to respond to a question/comment in a message thread from other readers. You should keep pushing content to keep your blog alive. You can use RSS (Really SImple Syndication) to let people subscribe your blog. RSS can be read with RSS reader like MS Outlook.
You need to update your blog at least a few times a week with interesting content to attract your readers. Crowdsourcing blog refers to asking readers of the blog for feedback in order to meet readers’ need.
There are a number of useful features on the blog, including the following:
• A menu at the top of the page takes you to specific sections.
• The most recent blog post appears at the top of the page.
• You can readily see where you can subscribe to the blog feed.
• A Recent Posts area links to all the recent posts on the blog home page.
• A Blogroll area links to related blogs.
• In a Categories area, readers can view blog posts in areas of their interest.
• Connections link you to other social networking sites.
To engage customer there are 3 tips you need to know:
1. Make your brand a persona so people can identify with you.
2. Make your site (or blog) personal so that you give people a reason to talk about it.
3. Give the consumer a chance to realize a dream or fantasy.

I am not sure if I agree with your post here. See you do make the best point, I don’t think you have actually given a large amount of thought to the opposite side of the argument. Perhaps I could do a guest post or a follow-up, just tell me.

I’m really to be finally posting online after all these years. There really is no mystery about it, is there? I just dropped by your blog and had to write. I’m a recent college grad, journalism major if you must know, and I absolutely love the art of photography. I’ve got my website up but it’s nothing to boast about yet. None of my stuff’s been posted. Soon as I figure out how to do that, I’ll spend the afternoon posting my best shots. anyways just thought I’d drop a line. I hope to return with more substantial stuff, stuff you can actually use. Finally, I located the information I was looking for. I have been doing research on this subject, and for three days I keep finding sites that are supposed to have what I’m looking for, only to be disappointed with the lack of what I needed. I wish I could have found your website quicker! I had about 25% of what I needed and your site has that, and the rest of what I had to have to finish my research. Thank you and keep up the good work!
